CHARLIE CHRISTENSEN

My journey into wedding videography began at thirteen when a teacher asked me to film his daughter’s wedding, sparking my passion for storytelling through film. Throughout high school, I honed my skills in video production, design, and editing, which eventually led me to pursue a degree in broadcast television at St. Cloud State University. There, I gained leadership experience as General Manager of UTVS and worked as an Associate Producer for award-winning sports broadcasts.

A decade later, I rediscovered my love for filmmaking through friends' weddings and invested in professional equipment. My style blends documentary and cinematic elements, capturing authentic moments in visually stunning films. In 2023, I partnered with Max at Fresh Ground Films, combining my technical expertise with his organizational strengths to create exceptional wedding films.

I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, and after years in the service and events industry, I found my passion for videography in an unexpected way. One day, my friend Charlie asked me to shoot a wedding with him, and that’s when everything clicked—I’ve been capturing love stories ever since!

My favorite moment of any wedding day is seeing the couple’s reaction as they walk down the aisle. I keep my style organic, letting the day unfold naturally, but when I see the perfect shot, I go for it! Every couple’s story is unique, and I’m here to preserve those moments in a way that feels authentic to you.
